How does Rent-A-Toy work??

Delivery
Free delivery and collection within mainland Singapore for orders above SGD$40.00.
Orders less than SG$40.00 will be subjected to a one-time delivery and collection charge of $12.00 per order.

We will email/call you to arrange a date and time for delivery. Please ensure the contact number provided when you registered is correct.

Payment
We currently only accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) We will collect the payment from you at the point of delivery. We also accept uncrossed bearer cash cheques.

Rental charges must be paid prior to the commencement of the rental period.

Rental Period
There are basically 2 different rental period. 2 weeks or a month. The rental period will varies from each toy. The price quoted in the catalog for that toy is applicable to the rental period that is specified in the description of each toy.

Rental Extension
A few of days before your rental period ends, we will give you a call as a gentle reminder. If you want to keep the toys longer, just let us know. You will always have the first priority when it comes to rental extension.

Cleaning of Toys
All our toys are specially cleaned with a 100% bio-degradable and safe cleaner followed by steam sterilization. There will will some wear-and-tear on the toys as they are not brand new toys. It is, however, still the responsibility of the hirer to return the toys to us in their original clean condition.

Damage to Toys
Reasonable wear & tear is acceptable when you return the hired toys. Should a toy, however, be damaged by the hirer, the retail of the item will be borne by the hirer. The toys we offer for rent are good quality. We have not encountered any damaged items.
